Aye, that's when I pull a Rocky and wander round with a towel round my neck.

Jasmine oil is the best- also ylang ylang is nice. I use a mix of jasmine and lavender.

should have warned you, sorry.

Halfway through the rinse it helps to dunk about a quarter of a bottle of conditioner on the hair and work it into the henna- conditioning and makes it easier to get out.
