all of those are 'in-country' buildings mainly for the benefit of keeping us brits cynical.the olympic stadium is a world-wide showcase, where we HAVE to get it built on time to (for want of a better phrase) 'show off' to other countries, and to give them somewhere to stay and perform when they get here.
