Can anyone help me with some e-mail / pop3 shiznits...
Basically at work, the e-mails are set up so that all incoming emails come to my mailbox which I then forward on to the actual internal recipients (don't ask me why it was set up like this in the first place... it's a pain.)
I'm trying to change it in the pop3 connector (small business server) so that everyone can receive their own e-mails, but am struggling. I tried changing it to global mailbox and then setting routing rules, but that just resulted in everyone receiving everyones mail! Any help would be fantastic as i'm really struggling :|

or are they forwarded manually by yourself after reading who they are for?

EDIT: But I still have to forward them on manually.
It seems to be set so that everything is sent to my mailbox ('Gareth')

so that say user 1 is linked to user1@alittlecompany.co.uk, so that the seperate user accounts connect to the pop3 and are recieving the e-mails they ought to, instead of your account acting as a post office master.

But all users have their own email address set up i their user account. i.e.
User: Gareth Edwards email: gedwards@blahblah.com
for every user

cause at the moment it sounds like you only have one mailbox which everyone's addy is pointing to

If you get stuck give me a bell...the number is on the email.

someone has fuzzed out you user name, that would be the problem.
The pop3 to my mobile is fucked, but it set up right. it just can't find the server for gmail or yahoo mail

if you gaz me your email address I'll give you a hand. You need to set each email account up on the server then the email settings on each individual computer...
