It's wired.It's not the wire, as it's actively receiving the network connection no problems at all. The router is forwarding the connection perfectly too. I figure it's either a Firewall conflicting, or perhaps the PC is on its last legs (it has been for a while).

Ha, I was right. Zone Alarms must've updated and conflicted with the hardware firewall.SILLY.

Ah yes, zone alarmThe latest update from microsoft has serious conflicts with Zone Alarm. You need to download the latest ZA and install that. There's a load on that on the ZA site
