As someone who is both a youth and a skateboarder,
I can tell you that this is infact completely accurate and you should go to London's South Bank and shout it at as many 'sk8rs' (as they like to be known) at the top of your voice for as long as possible. Optionally, you may wish to pose with your arms crossed, adopting a laid-back, slouched, stance.
