That's not such a bad ideaThe welsh/scottish parliaments have new buildings, and the houses of parliament apparently cost a fortune in upkeep. Some oil baron would love that as his stately home.
Too bad it'll take too long to get the new building up and they'll probably waste the money on something like an olympic games
