I was actually
thinking of making some Anglo-Japanese fusion sushi, using English food, like kippers and battenburg.
Is this an idea that would amuse the board, do you think?
edit: I mean, like actually make it and test it on willing tasters.

Every chef tatses his own food. I would also make a Japanese friend eat it. They forced enough odd food on me over there.
