Yes there is security, but like so many who are ignorant of Israel's position, I have to remind you that they aren't bordering the Benelux countries.

Killing random people is not security.Keeping people in a prison is not security.
Supplying food, water, electricity and gas to prisoners does not make their imprisonment reasonable.
Given what happened in Nazi Germany one would imagine that this was obvious to Israel, but they appear too self obsessed with their own being chosen to be able to equate that with other master races.
