orange, moving to vodafonei've phoned them to request it, and they said it'd be available in a couple of days. did you manage to get it read out to you over the phone? i might try that

Orange will definitely not give you yours over the phoneI know them exceedingly well. They will post it to you, and it will take 14 days to arrive.
