This is what happens when you look at hiring garden machinery.

The newest image post on the page does that on my machine for some reason.
EDIT: NO! It's working now.

I need one anyway, part of my lawn currently looks like the somme in 1916
I need to replant 1/2 the grass so I might as well level it all at the same time :P www.b3tards.com/u/73ec12ab3d29a4d600fa/11072009396-001.jpg

There are two big round patches of grass on my lawn like that where we had a big paddling pool last summer and a massive trampoline.

It broke my old lawnmower, and by old I mean 3 weeks old. And it didn't help when I put down lawn feed & weed, since it seems 1/2 the lawn was in fact weeds.

mine is by no means flat, but it mows properly with no issues at all. What are your neighbours lawns like? Have they got grass problems too?

It looks like they had them levelled at some point. My house is rented, so noone previously gave a shit, which is why the lawn was unmowed for months and the shrubs growing like a jungle. I've started clearing all those weeds on the right of the picture, there's another 5 feet of lawn buried under those.
There's actually a hedge behind that lot and rose bushes buried amongst the junk.

that will deal with the weeds and overgrown shrubs, then it's just a matter of levelling it.
