They're a bunch of theiving little shites!I used to live in the flat below a couple of them about 8-10 years ago. Not only were they blaring out music every day between 2pm and 4am every but my flat mate was suplimenting her student grant by buying and selling on ebay.
The packages would arrive in the shared hallway and we'd find them either open and empty or open with the good thrown on the floor if they didn't like what was inside.
Another flatmate had a passort sent and never received it.
We moved out in the end as the top floor flat moved coz they couldn't stand living there anymore and we moved when more of them moved into the vacated flat.
