Then sometimes you could have animals puking on those already featured earlier in the series. It'd be like a shout out to the old school fans. That's what they like.

How about "bromelain"
It's a daft enough word, it's the name of a "digestive" enzyme, corresponding to your "digest", as in compendium of cartoons, and it's extracted from a well known prolate fruit with a green spiky top.
