Well it's quite simple.
This character is from a children's television show aimed at preschoolers, what he has in his hand is a cream for dentures which is generally used by old people.
It's inappropriate and actually fits within the rules of the challenge; what's not to get?

which I thought would be crisper than that, it made matching in the denture cream nice and easy though.
