I like Morrisons too.
It's the only place you can buy a decent range of actually named cuts of meats, rather than just 'casserole meat' or 'frying meat'.
The veg is pretty good too. The store near me is a magnet for slow old people, though.

I've seen shin of beef in Asda marked as 'stewing steak'.
Stewing steak is usually chuck steak. Which begs the question; why would they mark an excellent cut of meat like shin as something inferior like chuck? Shin is the best stewing cut there is. Weird.

I'm planning to pick up some shin tomorrow, actually.
My guess is most people wouldn't know what to do with it, or couldn't be bothered waiting a few hours for it to cook.
