I bought all the bit over the course of 5 months, and I've never had the heart to work out quite how much it cost in total...at a rough guess, it was a bit over £500
It's not like getting a standard kit for stormtrooper, everything has to be custom made. You need all the soft parts sewn - the flight suit, the flack vest, cummerbund, boots, pouches, gloves. Then all the plastics cast by a prop specialist - helmet, elbows, biceps, chest, back, tank, holster, knees, boxes and belt. Then you have to get the gun....
