First time I was in AmsterdamIt was Koninginnedag and the streets were full of drunk Dutch people shouting at each other - they sounded exactly like drunk Midlanders shouting at each other. It was then I decided that I would be returning to the Netherlands and learning Dutch. It wasn't as easy as I imagined.
