I think he can be too dogmatic in his approach,but there are people teaching bad science in the name of religion and I'm glad someone is standing up to them.
He should get back to writing biology books, though, as I don't think he's much more to say on religion and he is sounding like a stuck record nowadays.

but in a world where over 90% of people have some sort of irrational beliefsurely it's not totally unreasonable for one person to point out that there's no proof for any of it, and that we should be concentrating on reality a bit more?
