It's a while since I saw it
but even then it was a ridiculous experience. All that fuss over a murky postage stamp of a painting.

I don't know.
It's almost like a faith thing. If you believe the reputation, it's probably a very moving experience.
Me, I just saw a dull painting. Yes, the lady has a nice smile, probably. It's a bit hard to see, what with the machine-gun nest and barbed wire fence in the way.

The real one is also smaller and behind bulletproof glass
and has a frame.
But that would be a bit harder to 'shop so this gallery has a cheap reproduction.
