Aaaah, cool, yeah I grew up eating Abbas "Kalles kaviar" but nowadays I buy cheaper non-brands - it tastes the same so why not, it's still delicious though!

This is really non comparison.
Apart from being from fish obviously, nothing in common, totally different tastes.
You would probably want to utilise roe paste similarly to Marmite *
