It's leftover cuts from when I made oven-made beef-jerky. It's called "Fransyska" in Swedish - don't know the English word for it.

Well, it's kinda the cheapest beef here - which makes it perfect for beef-jerky imo. There's no need to pay extra for meat that's gonna be "jerky".
