This is a link post Microtonal keyboard composition
The board is like a normal board, but stretched out vertically into 106 tones per octave.

It's pretty heavy going at first and definitely not everyone's cup of tea, but I've found myself going back for just one more listen.

Judging by her other videos she put the time into learning the fundamentals of the keyboard, rather than just playing an otherwise normally toned piece with random tweaks to the pitch.
