It's possible to eat very healthily, very cheaply if you know what you're doing.
You'd only ever buy a cheap ready meal that's high in saturated fat through laziness.

It's not possible to eat very healthy on a very tight budget.
Healthy protein is pricey. You can eat half decent though.
