This is a normal post I'd like to think that they have a blacklist of addresses...

This is a normal post "Sorry, we tried to make an emergency visit but your car was parked outside"
Please come to your nearest A&E department for treatment but leave at least 24 hours before arriving.

One of my neighbours took exception to a car parked outside their house - I heard some shouting in the night and stuck my head out of the front door, only to see them come back out of their house and run a key down the side of the car. I took great pleasure in passing details to the owner of the car, but as far as I know the offender's dad ended up paying the repair bill.

This is a normal post I find it weird people think someone else has 'no right' to park outside their house
neither do they, they don't own that patch of street

This is a normal post A lot of people do actually own that patch of the street.
The deeds to the house often include the land out to half of the street.
What they don't have (if the street has been adopted as public) is any rights to that part of the street.

This is a normal post Unfortunately not
Certain addresses can be flagged to warn of past aggression but not actually black-listed.

I once sent details of a frequent flyer to the relevant local authority Social Services department. The patient had obvious mental health issues, no support and was calling an ambulance almost every day. Their response was to call me and ask what they were supposed to do about it. I somehow managed to quell the urge to say 'do your fucking job'
