It's a little bit gruesome
but as a keen (though not particularly successful) shooter and eater of rabbits and squirrels, I found it an interesting watch.
Much as I hate foxes, I'm not going to shoot them with my puny .177 after watching this.

I have a .17 HMR which would make mincemeat of a foxes head at 120 yards
but it is around 245 ft/lbs of energy. It completely smashes rabbits' heads at over 100 yards, but the supersonic crack off it is a bit loud even with a moderator.

You don't understand our country ways!!
I used to do woodland management on a voluntary basis. Part of the grant we got from the forestry commission was for controlling the grey squirrel population. These things are proper icky but for culling animals you have to consider the most humane method for getting rid of them. That's why stuff like this video exists.
The forestry commission recommended warfarin traps for the squirrels but after seeing the effect of them we decided shooting them was far more humane.
Can't see the point in this air rifle though. Above 12 ft lbs you need a firearms license... you've be better off with the rimfire. Or you could use a shotgun and accidentally shoot the mayor's wife in the arse with it like my mate's granddad once did.

It's not an animal I'd feel comfortable killing.
Grey squirrels are an invasive species, but I never took any pleasure in blowing their fluffy little brains out. I did it for the trees man. Won't someone please think of the trees?
