actually is it alright if I say "don't ban it"?
I'm in my second week of giving up by the way. I'm down to 3-5 a day from 12-20 ;)
I don't think I should have the right to stop people doing things just because I don't like it. Unless there is direct negative effect to my well being by someone excercising their rights, no judiciary should have the right to intervene.
A ban with never capture the subtlety of any real world event. IMO.
