I say do one better
I reckon it is fair to assume that there is a chance (all be it practically non existent) that each and every one of us might find ourselves in Westminster, and thus in order to be able to show our support for the Comic Relief cause, we should all submit the form, just to be on the safe side.
That is every single person in the country, just to be on the safe side.
I'm sure the Commissioner of the Met would love millions of forms requesting the ability to wear a nose!
