It's youtube, i think it automatically stabilises videos, or something, which causes that effect.

Hmmm. Software image stabilisation.
Kind of a cheat really.
It keeps the face centred in frame, but also keeps it the same size if the cam is moved closer to or further from the 'subject', or even around them a little. Its this that makes it look like an LSD trip.
I didn't know YT started doing it.
