They frequently referred to Smashy's "young friends". There's no way they were going to have children in the sketches, but I think it was definitely implied.

I only noticed the guy coming down the stairs at the beginning and going back up again, and Smashy trying to chat up Paul McCartney at the end.

A famous gay French bloke had to quickly deny paedophillia after he said he slept around with many 'boys'. It is common in gay culture to call other grown men 'boys', much like heteros refer to grown women as girls.
