This is a normal post Bad ass rock n rollers playing "call me maybe" or whatever it's called.
I can actually hear that guitarist's soul dying. He can try to mask it by headbanging to the beat and crunching those strings but he's kidding no-one. Bill Hicks and Doug Stanhope would have lots to say about this.

Somebody in their bedroom recorded all the parts other than the vocals which are taken from the video itself. They've just arranged it to match the parts where the camera zooms into the various instruments...

(unless you are commenting on the session musicians who are actually performing the original in the video anyway)
