This is neither big nor clever
Shipping containers rust, have no thermal or accoustic insulation, are unventilated and trap around 5 litres of condensation per day, are hideously inefficient in terms of heat and light and have never ever created an attractive home for anyone.
It's right up there with building your house out of tyres and driving your car with your feet; sure, it's on youtube, but that doesn't make it a good idea.
Bricks, or wood, materials for which are hilariously in evidence in the making of this thing, have a somewhat better track record (or maybe I just work for *them* and want to keep the poor down)

yes, of course. all, what, dozen of them? Do you have any idea what is in tyres?
And what is inside the tyres? Packed earth, which, with a little imagination, is a brick. So basically, we-hey, you've made a house, filled with lovely possibly toxic, ugly, smelly inconvenient shaped lumps in it.
It's almost as mad as bicycles made of wood, or talent shows. Just because it *can* be done...
