*spoiler alert*
The red umbrella is a Tranny which is why the blue umbrella is staring at it until it looks at him and then the blue one looks away all embarassed.
I liked the bit with the rain.

Does anyone else think Pixar are a bit over-powered
They seem to absorb animating talent without necessarily needing it because its preferable to seeing talents go to work elsewhere

Is it not up to the people applying for the job whether they work there or not?
or are Pixar going around like the Child Catcher?

But they get so much time off to work on their own projects- is there not enough work to go around?
I guess it must be nice to work there and I'm sure all the people they employ are very happy, but it'd be nicer to have two Pixars

I think part of their ethos recognises that very positive, and unexpected, things can come from people persuing their own projects.
If people are to some extent working in self directed ways then they will invest a lot of themselves into it and which in turn brings out the best in them at times.
It also seems like a bloomin' decent way to treat people, especially when compared to the battery hen layout of some studios.
