I would argue that taking advantage of people recently bereaved & unable to think clearly through grief is an exceptional circumstance when government should step in to mollycoddle a bit.

at the very least a mandated Disclaimer and warning 'For entertainment purposes only' or some BS much similar to what vitamin suppliments have to do here. "not intended to treat any illness" (not that anyone would listen)

I have seen homeopathy pills for sale here with no such disclaimer :(
There are different ones for different things, even though they are all just sugar pills.
