This is a normal post I think it's more that he's using them in countries like Pakistan and Yemen where there is not a declaration of war
And as such are outside of the battlefield.

They are also a lot easier to use than say an aircraft that has a couple of pilots at risk and can be shot down by that nations air defenses.

There's apparently laws about who you can drop bombs on and how it's done.

This is a normal post They appear to be killing a greater proportions of civilians.
I know that a pilot has a limited view of the ground and probably the same as the drone operator.
But I suspect there's an element of disconnection for the one not currently over the battle field.

Also most of the drone attacks are carried out by the C.I.A
Who are civilians and not legally allowed to go round blowing people up IIRC
A lot of people picked up by the U.S are denied prisoner of war status because they're classed as civilians.

A fighter bomber can have quite low ground visabilty and the pilot has a lot more to do. Let's face it, bombing from the air in any format has always killed innocents or friends. More than once we sank our own ships during WW2.

I'm confused as to why it's suddenly being reported on, as an issue, just because the method of operating the aircraft has changed.
