It's a shame all this religious bollocks in the middle East has endured for so long
because it might have been interesting to learn from people who went through the transformation in Iranian society how they really felt about it. As with most of the region's problems I suspect the heart of it lies at the feet of Saudi Arabia, and a subconscious Shia reaction to it's aggressive wahhabist agenda; which has just been attacked by fellow Sunnis:

I had to write about that when I studied animation at Uni
Didn't really enjoy it, considering the synopsis is "A precocious and outspoken Iranian girl grows up during the Islamic Revolution," she spent a hell of a lot of the film outside of Iran.
