This is a normal post Went round our degree show earlier this week.
Illustration stood out (as usual). This tickled me, & seems pertinent here.
Can't believe I found it online.

This is a normal post Yes. Yes, you should.
Illustration was great as always.
Textiles had 2 students who complained that schoolchildren had damaged their work:
The student whose work was graffitied had chunky markers in holders "for people to comment on the wall", the student whose work was "broken" had a hammer in a wall-holder next to it.
I shit you not.

nimble fingered. Slow brained.

I like the mini print exhibition UWE do at Blackwells. I hope it keeps going now it's all changing.

This is a normal post It will.
Don't mention the Miniprint exhibition: I made a right show of myself at the private view. *remains tight-lipped*
Also, if you liked any prints, did you realise they're sold off for a tiny fraction of the price the next year?

I have bought a couple over the years. They were pretty cheap so I must be doing it right.

This is a normal post Oh, just lots of loud slurry "do you know why this is so shit...."
with the artist stood behind me. Plus I managed to lock myself in the loo, witnessed by most of the faculty. And eventually fell out of it...
