One of the downsides of being a Brexiter
Is the cornucopia of total, total tossers you find on your side of the debate.

I've read this sentiment before, I think it's a bit of a reach.
I wouldn't deny he has had a huge impact that has, and will change the UK in respect of the EU, but he wasn't the only Leave campaigner. I also feel very strongly that literally millions of people voted Leave in spite of him being the campaign's poster boy. He also only had one policy, and he isn't in power to effect the change he sought to achieve. So let's not overstate his achievements. You also ignored Blair. This country is unrecognisable in a multitude of ways since 1997, largely down to him.

Simply in terms of what he set out to achieve
Of course he's a single issue politician, and he's got what he wanted in spite of operating on the margins of politics.
What did Blair set out to achieve - something about education? And if you count the Third Way, that went titsup pretty quickly.

Blair achieved
Multiculturalism via unprecedented mass immigration. He also sowed the seeds of the break up of the U.K. via devolution. He also destabilised the Middle East and was a major architect of the mess we have now. And much more besides.

How much of that was on purpose?
And how much of it down to him being a deluded cunt?

First one defo on purpose.
But yeah, the other two were the unintended consequences of being a deluded cunt. Still he won three general elections comfortably, I'd say that's pretty fucking effective.

Don't forget he banned fox hunting.
Took him 7 years, but he got there eventually.
So if you're a fox, the country is a much safer place. This is what drove the chicken vote to UKIP.

He also introduced tuition fees
which is why Nick Clegg lost the election because of the Tories and he privatised huge swathes of the NHS via PFI which was also because of the Tories and it's because of all the stupids believing the Brexit lies because of the Tories.
