what format are you uploading to youtube?
i found wmvs go out of synch and quicktimes are ok

how do I encode quicktimes?
Can I do it from Flash?
Even the .swf had terrible audio-sync problems...

i think flash has a few movie formats it can export to
I never use it myself though so can't be sure if it does quicktimes.
nice animation by the way :)
edit: i seem to remember flash being a bastard exporting quicktimes. Although your flash file seems to go out of synch as well so its all beyond me I'm afraid
