Where to start...
I've smoked for the better part of 20 years. I took the opportunity of a long weekend in August to quit, combining a change of scenery (and a lot of walking around Munich and up and down mountains) with nicotine gum. I've done 4 months now and I think I'm free. I've given up before but always ended up going back for some stupid reason or other. Hopefully I'm smart enough now not to.
