A friend......of mine, whenever faced with an insult, would reply with one of two variations: i)"YER MAM" (in the best mushybees style) or ii)"No thanks mate, I'm not hungry".
These retorts were often so utterly devastating to the assailant that it often required them to receive mental health care for the shock they had sustained.
