It wasn't until the b3ta mods read the Flashman novels that we changed from mild-mannered computer operators into heavily-whiskered copulators, poltroons and all round bastards in a well-known cavalry regiment.

Flip sideIn A level English Lit we had to study "The Bell" by Iris Murdoch. Quite possibly THE most boring, pretetious pile of faeces I have ever had to read. Wooden characters, boring plot...ugh. I cheered when I heard she had Alzheimers (which I am not proud about) but by Christ that book was pure drivel.
