This is a question This book changed my life

The Goat writes, "Some books have made a huge impact on my life." It's true. It wasn't until the b3ta mods read the Flashman novels that we changed from mild-mannered computer operators into heavily-whiskered copulators, poltroons and all round bastards in a well-known cavalry regiment.

What books have changed the way you think, the way you live, or just gave you a rollicking good time?

Friendly hint: A bit of background rather than just a bunch of book titles would make your stories more readable

i found this a bit hard to swallow...
a few years ago 1stmrsblaireau69 and i went into waterstones to buy a copy of the diary for her younger sister and couldn't find it anywhere among the autobiographies...

eventually we sought assistance only to be told (by a smug, whiney faced little shit) that we were OBVIOUSLY looking in the wrong section cos the book we were after wasn't an autobiography but could be found amongst the kiddies fiction.

WTF??? FICTION? KIDS??

Seriously folks, that's where we found it. complete with happy rainbow and fluffy kitten ending. i'm not joking.

makes me fucking sick that some flongtard in a suit thinks that it's okay to edit modern history just incase the truth upsets the kiddies.

grrr.

double grrr.
