Yes it is.
You know that's a very good question, because i really don't know why i subjected him to the bullying. I think it was ultimately down to boredom and the frustration of being average.

That is not an excuse but i was a young and stupid 10 year old boy then, and regret what i did to him to this day. I guess everybody makes a mistake some point in life, and this happens to be one of mine.
