Arm out - throat heightIn London they jump red lights at crossings all the time. Unfortunately the speed they put on to get in front of you works against them when a 16st commuter "accidently" collides with them.

Again, yeah......the desire to install a rear-view so I can be ready to clothesline one of the pillocks amongst us grows with each time I see one of them do it.
