footprintsI saw some footprints in a cement footpath, left by someone who'd walked on it before it was set.
I asked my mum how they got there.
'Oh, someone must have walked on it when it was wet.'
For years afterwards I couldn't understand why I didn't leave footprints in cement when it rained.
