FAST is your mateYou could try reporting them to FAST for running pirate software. If they're as cheap as you say, they probably are running unlicensed stuff. Even if they're not, it'll still cripple their business for a few months while they sort it out.
Sorry for lack of childish, but if I wanted to hurt a business that's what I'd do.
