Clients Are StupidI once had to train a client on how to use their new website. I said, "point the mouse at that button." They looked at me with a quizzical expression, picked up the mouse and held it to the screen. Can you beat this bit of client stupidity?

LoWer oR uPpeR ?What pisses me off lately is when i get a customer on the phone and give him a web address or an email and they always go 'hmmm bladibla.com in lower or upper case ?
So now i reply 'depends on what type of keyboard you have'.
