ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

We did think about that....and one of us went by the place yesterday (in the day!!... don't want to risk keeping them awake) as they were in London for some other reason, and the build-up of post behind the door would indicate that nobody has been there since we left on the 23rd.
