A friend of mineVoiced his complaint to NTL by visiting their Rugby offices after eating a big Mac and large fries ,washed down with a strawberry milkshake, gagged down a liter of saline solution and promptly threw up all over the reception area,and then informed them to be carful when cleaning as he has hepatitis c .
