ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Sadly, sometimes,being on the 'front line' means we have to deal with the ranters.
I class myself amongst them on occasion.
Them's the joys of business. (Sometimes I miss being self-employed.)
