ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

People from other countriesare still surprised that it's only in the last 15 years or so that appliances sold in the UK have had to be supplied with a fitted plug.
